PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set many shift positions while avoiding the driven rotor of a Geneva stop mechanism from increasing in diameter. SOLUTION: In a shift drum drive of a vehicle transmission gear provided with a Geneva stop mechanism having between an electric shift-control motor and a shift drum a drive rotor driven by the motor for rotation and provided with a drive pin, and a driven rotor having a plurality of engagement grooves capable of selectively engaging the drive pin, a speed reduction gear mechanism 126 is provided between the driven rotor 112 and the shift drum 100.
