PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light laser emitting device which can stably emitting and displaying a plurality of laser patterns by an extremely simple mechanism, and is excellent in reliability and economic efficiency. SOLUTION: The device is used to emit and display a laser beam 2, emitted from a laser light source 1 incorporated in the main body 100, from an emission hole 101 to an external projecting surface. Within the device, on an optical path not accompanied with the reflection of the laser beam 2 emitted from the laser light source 1, a reflecting mirror 3 having a rotating mechanism 4 is disposed such that its reflecting face is inclined to a rotary shaft 4a and reflected light 2a from it is directly guided to the external projecting surface from the emission hole. In addition, switching between the rotation and non-rotation of the reflecting mirror 3 is enabled via the rotating mechanism 4. A circular laser pattern 10b and a spot laser pattern 10a are emitted on the projecting surface by the rotation and non-rotation of the reflecting mirror 3, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
