<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which can draw images on an optical information recording medium without turning it over by using an optical information recording device and without interfering with the data recording areas. <P>SOLUTION: This optical information recording medium 1 has a recording layer 3, a translucent reflection layer 4, a color changing layer 5, and a protective layer 6, all formed sequentially on a first transparent base plate 2. The optical characteristics of the color changing layer 5 is changed by irradiating it with a laser beam.
