PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling air supplying equipment where frost hardly attaches to a surface of an evaporator, cooling performance of the evaporator is not degraded even when the frost is attached, and the air can be continuously cooled to 0°C or lower for a long time. SOLUTION: In this cooling air supply equipment for supplying the airflow to a heat exchanger 2 functioned as an evaporator of a refrigerating machine constituting a refrigerating cycle system 10, and cooling the air by the heat exchanger 2, at least two or more heat exchange blocks composed of the heat exchangers are disposed along the airflow, an evaporated refrigerant quantity is adjusted so that an outlet air temperature of at least one or more heat exchange blocks from an upstream side becomes higher than 0°C, and an outlet air temperature of at least one or more heat exchange blocks from a downstream side becomes lower than 0°C, and a clearance 24 for preventing the movement of condensate water generated in the upstream-side heat exchange block to the downstream-side heat exchange block, is formed between a first cooling block 21 having an airflow outlet temperature of 0°C or higher, and a second cooling block 22 having an airflow outlet temperature of 0°C or lower.
