PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass plate not requiring to take care to error of a direction and easily being operated and a mass plate capable of enhancing productivity of a cavity plate and to provide a manufacturing method of a flow path unit for a liquid droplet discharge device using the mass plate. SOLUTION: In the mass plate 40, a plurality of pressure chamber plates 8 of a single kind in the mass plate 40 and each pressure chamber plate 8 are arranged such that the direction and location become symmetric based on a predetermined center point 47 on the mass plates 40. Similarly, a plurality of squeeze plates and a plurality of manifold plates or others are symmetrically arranged to form the mass plates, and a plurality of the flow path unit are formed by laminating and bonding those various kinds of mass plates.
