<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance knocking resistance to obtain high torque. <P>SOLUTION: A relief passage 124 is provided for allowing a passage between a compressor 23 and an intercooler 26 to communicate with the upper reaches of a turbine 21 in an exhaust passage 15. A relief valve 125 is provided for opening/closing the relief passage 124. A control means 50 is provided for controlling the relief valve 125 to allow communication of the relief passage 124 in an operating range of lower speed than an intercept point of an exhaust turbosupercharger 20. The control means 50 is preferably set to reduce the flow rate of the relief passage 124 in proportion to the lowering of operating load of an engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
