PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a wireless band by preventing a collision of data in a wireless LAN. SOLUTION: An access point 10 of a wireless LAN 30 comprises a terminal number detecting part 14 which detects the number of wireless communication terminals 20 whose connection on the wireless LAN 30 is established through the access point 10, a generation interval information acquiring part 15 which acquires information representing a generation interval at the wireless communication terminal 20 about data transmitted from the wireless communication terminal 20, and a setting part 16 for setting the maximum number of information that specifies the wireless communication terminal 20 which is the destination of the data and included in one beacon signal and transmitted, based on the number of the wireless communication terminals 20, the information representing generation interval, and the information representing transmission interval of the beacon signals.
