A packing machine for a small wet towel is provided to secure health of users by preventing the wet towel from being infected with harmful germs generated during a distribution process. A packing machine for a small wet towel comprises an envelope supply device(50), a roll device(60), an aligning device(70) and an enclosing device. The envelope supply device cuts an envelope roll(1) in a uniform size, inserts the wet towel inside an envelope and seals the envelope. The roll device rolls the wet towel so as to make a wet towel roll(3). The aligning device plurally aligns the wet towel rolls made from the roll device and transports the wet towel rolls. The enclosing device loads the wet towel rolls supplied from the aligning device in a plurality of layers, and inserts the wet towel rolls into the envelope.
