<p>The invention relates to a device for spreading sill concrete in railway tunnels. The invention comprises a transversely-extending mould which is used to form the concrete sill. The front part of the mould is connected to a traction unit, by means of a chassis, said traction unit comprising caterpillar treads and columns for levelling the mould. The interior of the mould houses vibrators for compacting the concrete. The aforementioned chassis includes automatic levelling means comprising two or more hydraulic columns which are controlled by sensors that are disposed on both sides of the tunnel. The invention is particularly suitable for concreting the sills of tunnels on high-speed railway lines. In addition, the device can be used for the automatic concreting of the entire width of the tunnel, thereby automatically maintaining the pre-established horizontal and superelevation values.</p> |
