PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable silicone composition with moisture-curing property excellent in adhesion to a hardly adhering material. SOLUTION: The photocurable organopolysiloxane composition is characterized by comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polysiloxane represented by general formula 1, (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is a divalent organic group, R<SP>2</SP>are each independent monovalent hydrocarbon group, R<SP>3</SP>is a H or a 1-3C alkyl group, X is a hydrolyzable group, n is an integer of 1-10000, a is 0, 1 or 2.), (b) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of at least a radically polymerizable monomer selected from N,N-dialkyl substituted acrylamide, an acryloylmorpholine, (c) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator.
