PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff processor which can facilitate attachment and removal of a mounted body to and from an processor body by changing states between an engagement state and an engagement release state of the processor body and mounted body and which can be efficiently manufactured without increasing the number of members and assembly steps in manufacturing. SOLUTION: The foodstuff processor is provided with a fastener 14 between the processor body 10 and the mounted body 70 and the mounted body 70 is engaged with and fixed to the processor body 10 in the engagement state in which the fastener 14 assumes a first posture and is releasable by push operation in the engagement release state in which the fastener 14 assumes a second posture. The fastener 14 is provided with a lift-up operation part 3 for lifting up the mounted body 70 from the processor body 10 accompanying changes in state from the engagement state to the engagement release state, and the mounted body 70 is lifted up from the processor body 10 by the push operation.
