A headlining structure of a vehicle having a curtain airbag is provided to improve productivity by mounting a module type curtain airbag onto a headlining. A headlining structure of a vehicle includes a headlining(1), an airbag case(2) arranged on both edges of the headlining, and a curtain airbag(3) accommodated in the airbag case. The airbag case has one end bonded to the inner surface of the headlining and the other end connected to a hook(4a) of a B-pillar trim(4) being in contact with the headlining.
