PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display whose frame region is satisfactorily narrow, electrical connections between a counter substrate and an array substrate are satisfactory, and corner unevenness and the like are not generated on a screen. SOLUTION: The array substrate and the counter substrate are respectively multiply surface-mounted on an original substrate and a connection member is formed, from the frame region to a region adjacent to the frame region and then divided into two parts between the two frame regions.
