ANTI-DAZZLING MEMBER, AND DISPLAY DEVICE AND SCREEN USING THE SAME

<p>This invention provides an anti-dazzling member capable of preventing reflection on the surface of a display device and a screen without sacrificing display contrast and causing display glare. An anti-dazzling member (1) comprises an anti-dazzling layer (11) comprising fine particles and a transparent binder. The fine particles are black fine particles. The value (n) obtained by dividing the absolute value of the complex refractive index of the black fine particles by the refractive index of the transparent binder is 0.95 to 1.05. The arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of the surface of the anti-dazzling layer (11) is 0.3 to 1.0 µm as measured by the method specified in JIS B 0601:2001.</p>
