PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove an accumulated foreign matter anywhere, to easily and quickly perform the maintenance of a device, and to save a space for installation. SOLUTION: A cyclone dust collecting device 10 utilizing a centrifugal force by a swirl flow is detachably disposed in a duct 3 vertically disposed on the wall 2 of a building 1. The cyclone dust collecting device comprises a main body casing 15 for coaxially circulating air upward, and a swirl flow generating means 30 for swirling air flowing in the main body casing to centrifugally separate the foreign matter such as an insect and dust included in air, and the main body casing has a collecting space 22 for disposably collecting the foreign matter centrifugally separated by the swirl flow generating means.
