A switch (304) is provided with a plurality of bridges (3041, 3042, 3043, 3044, 3045) and a switch forwarding mechanism (20). The bridges transmit and receive TLP frames conforming to PCI Express standards to and from the connected devices, respectively. The switch forwarding mechanism is provided with a plurality of ports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) to which the bridges are connected, respectively, and the mechanism selects the output port corresponding to the combination of the destination information of the TLP frame inputted from one of the ports and the port from which the TLP frame is inputted, and outputs the TLP frame from the selected output port.
