<p>Primers for specifically detecting tomato black ring virus are provided to diagnose the tomato black ring virus specifically to its species and increase detection limit by inhibiting non-specific reactions with other viruses occurring in solanaceous and soybean plants. Primers for specifically detecting tomato black ring virus comprise at least one nucleic acid fragment or combinations thereof selected from the nucleotides of SEQ ID NOs:2, 4, 9, 10 and 13, their complementary nucleotide sequences, or their mutated nucleotide sequences by deletion, addition or substitution of base, wherein the primers are composed of at least one upstream primer selected from the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NOs:2 and 4 and at least one downstream primer selected from the nucleotides of SEQ ID NOs:9, 10 and 13.</p> |
