摘要	Development of a quantity based base period price index for calculating a construction cost index is provided to improve the construction cost index, calculate an accurate weight and efficiently reflect the characteristics of construction works. A weight is calculated by using a weighted average of the quantities of resources of a target project and a market unit cost so as to improve the accuracy of the weight in the calculation of a construction cost index. When an estimate is made, accurate time correction is performed.
