<p>A temperature controller and a temperature controlling method are provided to measure an overheat of a heating line accurately by detecting the overheat at an NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor before detecting the overheat of the heating line. A first temperature signal voltage supply unit(100) is connected to a source side of a heating line and supplies a first signal voltage to the heating line. A first temperature signal voltage detector(300) is connected between first and second heating lines on the other side of the heating line, and determines whether a first signal voltage is received from the first temperature signal voltage supply unit. A second temperature signal voltage supply unit(400) supplies a second signal voltage to one end of the second heating line. A second temperature signal voltage detector(500) is parallel-connected with the second heating line and detects the second signal voltage from the second temperature signal voltage supply unit. When a high voltage is detected at the first temperature signal voltage detector and a low voltage is detected at the second temperature signal voltage detector, a controller supplies a heating current.</p> |
