A surface bubble elimination method of a vacuum bag molded product is provided to manufacture the molded products of good quality that have the smooth surfaces and do not generate bubbles on the surface, by gel-coating the product by a hand lay-up method during the existing vacuum bagging molding process. In a surface bubble elimination method of a vacuum bag molded product, the bottom side of a mold is gel-coated during a hand lay-up processes. And then, a sheet of glass fiber or carbon fiber fabric(B) is laminated when the gel is hardened properly. Accordingly, the binding force between a get coat(A) and the fabric is improved and bubbles generated on the surface of the product are maximally reduced.
