A boiling apparatus is provided to prevent water from being overflowed from a receiving case by generating water flows in an upper direction with the time difference using a conductive surface and a convex surface. A boiling apparatus has a receiving case(110) having a heating unit(210). The heating unit comprises conductive surfaces(211,212,213), convex surfaces(214,215), and a space forming surface. The heating unit is composed of uneven parts. The conductive surface generates ascending water current in the receiving case by using heat of a heat source. The convex surfaces are convex to upwards of the conductive surfaces, and generate water current relatively later than the conductive surfaces. The space forming surface is formed at a lower part of the convex surfaces, and forms sealed space between the convex surfaces and the conductive surfaces. The space forming surface is planar. |
