The container has a lower part (1) and a covering part (2) connected with each other and formed with passage windows for sterilization. The windows are covered with a germ filter, where the parts are formed with flanges (11, 12). A vacuum chamber is formed between the flanges, and is formed as a cavity in a contact surface of the flange (11). The chamber is surrounded by a seal inserted into the contact surface and cooperates with the contact surface of a flange (21). The chamber is attached to a check valve that permits an evacuation of the chamber by outside negative pressure.
