The sound apparatus containing device (200) comprises the voice output device (100) disposed such that the other side where the distance between the speaker (101) and the curved surface member (102) is longer as compared with the one end side is located on the listening object side, and a containing member (201) for containing a controller which delivers a voice signal related to a voice outputted from the voice output device (100) to the voice output device (100). Mechanical impression given to the listener from the voice output device (100) or the sound apparatus containing device (200) is reduced, and a good sound field can be formed over a wide range without deteriorating indoor interior and without limiting the listening place.
