PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-repair endoscope, with a bending part composed of a bending tube covered with a flexible tube to be bent and operated, and a method of repairing the same. SOLUTION: The endoscope comprises the bending tube 20 to be bent and operated; tubular members 22 and 24 connected to ends of the bending tube 20; a tube member 26 covering the outer surface of the bending tube 20; and intermediate members 30 which are disposed on the outer surfaces of the tubular members 22 and 24 and whose outer surfaces are jointed to ends of the tube member 26.
