<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device rapidly specifying a cause of a failure in a monitoring object. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring device has a measurement module 11 by which a storage section stores measurement data of a parameter for an apparatus 51 to be monitored.
