HYDROGEN PERMEATION STRUCTURE, HYDROGEN DEVICE, AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen permeation structure which reduces a production of water on the interface of a hydrogen-permeable substrate and a proton conductive film, and suppresses the interface peeling of the hydrogen-permeable substrate and the proton conductive film, and at the same time, provide a hydrogen device and a fuel cell which enable a stable maintenance of the performance using the hydrogen permeation structure.

SOLUTION: The hydrogen permeation structure comprises the hydrogen-permeable substrate and the proton conductive film. In the hydrogen permeation structure, the proton conductive film is constituted by an oxygen-deficit type perovskite structure oxide, which forms a c-axis oriented orthorhombic. The hydrogen device and the fuel cell are provided which use the hydrogen permeation structure.
