An accounting management system, and a method for providing documentary evidence are provided to enable a company to get back a VAD(Value Added Tax) cash for credit card's transaction conveniently even though a vale of supply and the amount of a tax are not discriminated in a sales slip that a credit card member shop issues. At least partial data of credit card trade is obtained from an enterprise server(S300). A business carrier excise type of a credit card franchise is checked on the basis of the partial data(S330). The additional tax cash back evidence data is obtained, if the credit card franchise is included in the regular taxation business carrier(S355). The additional tax cash back evidence data and the checked result are transmitted to the enterprise server(S380).
