<p>The present invention belongs to the communication field, and a method for adjusting the paging channel in communication system is disclosed, and the method comprises: obtaining the current paging channel load information of the cell carrier frequency; performing paging channel adjustment decision according to the obtained current paging channel load information, if the decision result is that the cell carrier frequency needs to increase the paging channel number, increasing the paging channel number of the cell carrier frequency, if the decision result is that the cell carrier frequency needs to decrease the paging channel number, decreasing the paging channel number of the cell carrier frequency. A device for realizing the wireless air interface paging channel adjustment in communication system, and a method and a device for realizing the wireless air interface access channel adjustment in communication system are also disclosed. With the present invention, we can increase or decrease adaptively the corresponding channel number according to the current paging channel load or the access channel load of the cell carrier frequency, thereby we can deal with the sporadic paging storm or the access quantity increased suddenly.</p> |
