PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant resin composition which is a resin composition including an aromatic polyamideimide resin and polyarylene sulfide resin and which improves mutual compatibility, melt fluidity, toughness, mechanical strength, durability and silence property which are formed by the resin composition. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant resin composition is composed of an aromatic polyamideimide resin of 5-95 pts.wt. and polyarylene sulfide resin of 95-5 pts.wt. having a weight average molecular weight Mw of 1,000-100,000 and containing 0.00002-0.002 mol/g amino group of in the molecule, and an episulfide compound of 0.01-10 pts.wt. based on a total of 100 pts.wt. of the aromatic polyamideimide resin and polyarylene sulfide resin. A bearing formed of the heat-resistant resin composition under the atmospheric temperature of 80°C or higher and/or surface pressure of 0.1 MPa or higher which is converted according to a projection area, exhibits excellence in durability and silence property.
