A forced-natural ventilation type humidifier is provided to allow a user to feel natural air by absorbing moisture using an absorption cloth and evaporating the moisture using a ventilation fan. A ventilation type humidifier comprises a water reservoir(10), which has air holes and water ways alternately formed in one side thereof and a protrusion(13) formed in the other side thereof. A water container(11) is mounted on the reservoir(10), and has a valve(12) which is coupled with the protrusion(13). The valve(12) opens and closes according to the amount of water flowing through the water way. A ventilation fan(15) is installed on the reservoir(10) to forcibly blow the air. An absorption cloth(16) has air holes(17) formed therein, and includes a porous non-woven fabric and a microfiber cloth.
