A gynecological pharmaceutics-containing microspherical vascular suppository of sodium alginate and the preparation method thereof, and the method consists of preparing the gynecological pharmaceutics solution, sodium alginate solution and BaC12 or MgC12 solution, mixing the gynecological pharmaceutics solution and the sodium alginate solution, and then, mixing the obtained mixture with the BaC12 or MgC12 solution which is called as solidifying solution, and obtaining the microspherical vascular suppository of sodium alginate that contains gynecological pharmaceutics. The materials of the vascular-embolism carrier of the invention are natural extracts, and have good biocompatibility, as well as minimizes the side effect, thus it is especially suitable for the treatment of gynecological disease such as hysteromyoma and metrial glands' muscle disorders.
