The device (1) has modules (2) made of rigid, light and nondeformable material e.g. polystyrene or polyurethane and producing a closed geometric form representing a circular/elliptical ring that is utilized as a marketing object. Elastic links are inserted inside parallel openings of the modules to effect the maintenance and/or return position of the modules. Elasticity of the links authorizes the elastic deformation of the device by radial spacing of the modules to authorize its thread around a part of the body of an individual and/or to adapt the modules to the size of the person.
