PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic lighting emitting device inexpensively and high productivity capable of suppressing or preventing time-lapse drop of the characteristics of a light emitting element, to provide an organic light emitting device manufactured by the manufacturing method, and to provide electronic equipment of high reliability that comprises the organic light emitting device. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting device means comprises a substrate (one substrate) 21 on which an organic EL element 3 is formed, an upper substrate (the other substrate) 22 on which a drying agent film 4 is formed, and a sealing part 23. Its manufacturing method includes a first process in which liquid repellency is applied to a liquid repellent film formation region 221 on a closed 24 side of the upper substrate 22 where no drying agent film 4 is formed, a second process for forming the drying agent film 4 by supplying a liquid-form material containing a drying agent to a drying agent film forming region 223 of the upper substrate 22 for drying, and a third process in which the substrate 21 and the upper substrate 22 are laminated together by forming the sealing part 23.
