A heat labile shrinking film is provided to realize excellent linear cutting characteristics, and to prevent interlayer separation in an oriented film layer, thereby improving strength stability in a laminated film. A heat labile shrinking film comprises, as raw materials, 60-85 parts by weight of nylon 6(Ny6) and 15-40 parts by weight of metaxylylene adipamide(MXD6) based on 100 parts by weight the combined weight thereof. The raw materials comprise virgin materials containing 60-85 parts by weight of Ny6 and 15-40 parts by weight of MXD6, and a product subjected to thermal history obtained by melt kneading Ny6 with MXD6 to obtain a melting point of MXD6 of 233-238 deg.C. The product subjected to thermal history is used in an amount of 5-40 wt% based on the total weight of the raw materials. The heat labile shrinking film shows a shrinkage of 3-20 % both in the machine direction and transverse direction when maintained in hot water at 95 deg.C.
