A ring terminal and a ring terminal mounting structure are provided to permit a worker to mount the ring terminal to a junction box by tightening bolts to nuts at the state where the ring terminal is temporarily tightened. A ring terminal(30) includes base portions(32), bent portions(34), and barrel portions(36). The base portions have guide slits for insertion of bolt bodies. The bent portions are bent from front ends of guide slits, and have openings for passage of bolt heads to be tightened at edges of guide slits. The barrel portions are formed oppositely from the bent portions on the base portions such that wire harnesses(20) are covered by the barrel portions.
