<p>The device for propagation of light suitable for transmitting physical effect, comprises an emitter used with integrated primary emitter, diffuser present in the emitter consisting an ice plate, and a cooling unit mounted in a space between reflector housings and the ice plate. The ice plate is produced by water frost, to which before the frost procedure water-soluble substances are mixed for the influence of a crystalline ice structure. The ice plate consists of differently connected ice plates. The primary emitters in the reflector housing are rotatably mounted over a motor and a rotor.
