PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation method of a lavatory for an aircraft and a device thereof which can be mounted especially on a compact airplane, and efficiently perform ventilation in the lavatory during parking or during flight. SOLUTION: The ventilation device 8 is composed of a chamber 19 in an airtight state which is equipped with an inflow port 16 connected to an exhaust port of a circulating sewage storage tank 6 installed in the lavatory body 1 through piping 15, and the exhaust port 18 connected to the outside of an airframe through a venturi tube 17. A plurality of drain boards 20a, 20b and 20c are disposed along a flow passage S of the exhaust Q having moisture containing nasty smell in a space of the chamber 19. Furthermore, a rotary fan 21 driven in the parking state of the airframe and the venturi tube 17 for controlling an exhaust amount to the outside to be constant through a reducer 22 are provided in the space of the chamber 19. The chamber 19 is composed of a box-shaped body 23 and a lid member 24 for sealing an opening, and the lid member 24 is provided with a sealing member 25 composed by rubber-made packing or the like.
