PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a joined part of a filter frame with a simple method. SOLUTION: The filter frame 12 has upper and lower, right and left frames 13-16. Each of the frames 13-16 is a hollow rectangular pipe with a rectangular cylindrical section having a hollow part 17. Opening end faces 18A, 18B of each frame are tilted faces having a tilt to the inner peripheral face 19. Partition plates 20A, 20B are provided near the opening end faces 18A, 18B inside the hollow part 17. Spaces between the open end 18A and partition plate 20A, and between the open end 18B and partition plate 20B are formed as filling chambers 25A, 25B. An adhesive is filled in the filling chambers 25A, 25B. The filled adhesive is integrally solidified in the filling chamber 25A to 25B, for joining the respective frames. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
