<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored positive radiation-sensitive resin composition having high resolution in a colored cured resin pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The colored positive radiation-sensitive resin composition comprises an alkali-soluble resin (A), having curability, a quinonediazide compound (B) and a colorant (C), wherein the alkali-soluble resin (A) having curability is a copolymer, comprising a constituting unit (a1) derived from unsaturated carboxylic acid and a constituting unit (a2) derived from an unsaturated compound having an oxetanyl group, where the unsaturated compound, having an oxetanyl group from which the constitutional unit (a2) is derived, is not an unsaturated carboxylic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
