PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving management system managing entire energy saving status of an enterprise or organization having a plurality of facilities.

SOLUTION: Each store A1 to An is provided with an energy monitor controller 2 for measuring and monitoring energy consumption, and each energy monitor controller 2 is communicatively connected to a center server 3. The center server 3 is provided with an energy saving value calculation task 32 for calculating an energy saving value showing the level of energy saving based on the monitor data received from the energy monitor controller 2 and the scale of the stores A1 to An in which the energy monitor controller 2 is installed.
