<p>The printer has a housing part (10) and a printer controller (12) with a universal serial bus (USB)socket (14) for connection of a USBcable (18). A clamping unit (20) and a diverting unit (22) for fixing the cable are formed in the housing part. The diverting unit is arranged between the clamping unit and the socket. The units are formed as a single-piece with the housing part. The distance between the surface of the housing part and a parallel side piece is dimensioned in such a manner that the cable is clamped between the part and the side piece.</p> |
