<p>A cell handover method in mobile communications system is disclosed. This method includes the following steps: network side sends the preset cell individual offsets of active set cells relative to their each adjacent cells to a UE; after measuring said active set cells and their adjacent cells, the UE estimates test, according to said measured results and cell individual offsets of cells relative to their each adjacent cells; the UE sends estimated report to network side, according to said estimated test results; network side instructs the UE to process handover according to said measured report. A network controller and a UE are disclosed at the same time. This method, according to the cell individual offsets preset by relationship of adjacent cells, makes the cell handover more accurate and users experience better.</p> |
