A livestock waste briquette which is made of excretions of livestock such as cow or horse, and in which a plurality of ventholes are perforated to circulate air through the ventholes smoothly during the combustion of the livestock waste briquette is provided to be used through pressure molding at a household. A livestock waste briquette having a plurality of ventholes perforated thereinto is manufactured through a livestock waste pre-treating step of adding water to dried excretions of cow or horse to maintain the entire water content of the mixture to a range of 5 to 10%, a press forming step of press forming the water adjusted livestock waste in a press forming mold to form a livestock waste briquette which is formed in an ordinary coal briquette shape by perforating a plurality of ventholes into the livestock waste briquette, and a livestock waste briquette completing step of drying the press formed livestock waste briquette having a plurality of ventholes perforated thereinto at room temperature on a shaded lot to complete a livestock waste briquette, wherein the press forming mold comprises a fixed bottom mold(2) from which a plurality of long perforation pins(3) are projected, a disc type core mold plate(6) into which a plurality of through holes(7) are perforated correspondingly to the perforation pins of the fixed bottom mold, a cylindrical side separation mold(8) having handles(9) formed on both sides of an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a top pressing mold(11) into which a plurality of receiving holes(14) are perforated correspondingly to the perforation pins of the fixed bottom mold, and which has a pressing plate(13) installed thereabove such that the top pressing mold is joined with the pressing plate by means of a plurality of connecting members(12).
