A switching device for distributing power is provided to protect a ground situation of a load side by arranging a ZCT on a power portion of a circuit breaker. A device chamber(4) is arranged in front of a box of a distribution switchbox. A main mother line chamber(5) is arranged behind the distribution switchbox. A vacuum circuit breaker(10) and a device unit(14) are arranged in a vertical direction inside the device chamber. A current transformer on a load side and a ZCT(Zero Phase Sequence Current Transformer) on a power side of the vacuum circuit breaker are included in the device unit. A main bus bar(20) is arranged in a width direction of the box in the device chamber. A communication bus bar(21) is connected to first sides of the device units. Outgoing bus bars(29,30) are connected to second sides of the device unit.
