A check-valve assembly for a vacuum system is provided to use as occasion demands by forming an inhalation hole without changing the check-valve assembly or a valve member. A check-valve assembly(10) for a vacuum system includes a body(11), a shaft(12), and a valve member(13). The body has a shaft hole at the center and a through hole(15) at one side. The shaft is rotatably mounted through the shaft hole. The valve member interferes at a bottom portion of the through hole while rotating together with the shaft. The valve member has the through holes more than two which are different in diameter or size on a radius of rotation corresponding to the through hole from a center. Top and bottom protrusive flanges(16,17) are formed on the body to be fixed by penetrating holes formed on an exhaust housing(1).
