A locking structure of an active headrest is provided to prevent a head of an occupant from being injured by continuously supporting the head using a locking device upon a vehicle accident. A locking structure of an active headrest comprises an active headrest frame which is placed at the inner front surface of a seatback frame(100). The active headrest frame includes an armature(210), which supports the active headrest, and a suspension, which supports the upper part of the body of an occupant. A frame support member, which is installed at the inner front surface of a seatback frame(100), has a receiving hole(310) for receiving and supporting the armature(210). A locking device includes a fixation hinge(410), a locking plate(420) and an elastic member(430).
