CONTEXT SENSITIVE TRANSFER

A communication system and method are configured to perform context sensetive transfers of acommunication session. In one embodiment of the invention, a communication session between a calling party [102] and a receiving party [108] in which the communication session includes a dialog between the calling party [102] and the receiving party [108] is transferred from the receiving party to a third party [1 10] where the dialog continues between the calling party [102] and the third party [110] in Fig 1.
