FIELD: medical technique, in particular, prosthesis which may be used in cardiac surgery for replacement of affected natural valves of individual's heart. ^ SUBSTANCE: prosthesis has body with hydraulic blood flow forming opening, blocking member, collar consisting of at least two cloth layers, and curved silver wire fixed on collar. Wire is positioned between two cloth layers which form outer surface and receptacle surface of collar. Cloth is made in the form of soft porous and shaggy structure of polyester filaments. ^ EFFECT: increased safety of prosthesis on implantation, provision for keeping of antimicrobial properties of collar and maintaining of thrombus resistance of valve prosthesis. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
