<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery cell that cannot be cracked easily in a later process, or the like even if a thin silicon semiconductor substrate is used. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery cell comprises: the silicon semiconductor substrate, and an aluminum electrode formed at a non-light-reception surface side of the silicon semiconductor substrate. The aluminum electrode comprises: an aluminum sintered layer formed by applying and baking paste containing aluminum to the non-light-reception surface side of the silicon semiconductor substrate, and a conductive organic resin layer formed on the aluminum sintered layer by conductive paste containing a conductive particle and an organic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
