PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of design wherein a natural wind force ventilating window needs to be closed in a strong wind and a device including a V-shaped arm is exposed to the indoor side in a device for drawing a lower rail of a sash to the indoor side using the V-shaped arm. SOLUTION: The lower end of a sub-arm 4 supporting the sash is pivoted to a vertical frame 11 through a pin 34. A link 7 is pivoted, through a shaft 6a, to a slide 5 fixed to a guide bar 9 provided in a vertically movable manner at the vertical frame 11. A block 8 having a cam face 8a is fixed to the vertical frame 11. When the guide bar 9 is lifted, the link 7 abuts on the cam face 8a and turns counterclockwise around the shaft 6a. A hook member 6b moves to the right, and the sub-arm 4 turns to the right around the pin 34 to close the sash. These devices are settled between the vertical frame 11 and a stile of the sash so as not to impair the design of the window. A blind and a curtain can be mounted without restrictions.
